How we work

INITIAL INQUIRY
Get in touch to confirm my availability for your session. I would also love to hear what your vision and goals are for the photoshoot.

BOOKING
Once you are ready to book; I require a 50% deposit & signed contract to secure your date.

PLANNING + QUESTIONNAIRE
I will send a questionnaire so that I can do more research on your business on what type of photos/video you might need to uplevel your brand.

PHOTOSHOOT DAY
We will meet at the chosen location; your office or a studio. You will be coached through the posing so that you look and feel confident. And flattering lighting will be used to enhance your photos.

AFTER YOUR SESSION
You can expect to receive your gallery of unedited images within 24-48 hours. From which you will then select the photos you want professionally retouched/edited. The retouched photos (removing blemishes, softening skin, whitening teeth etc.) will be ready within 2 weeks. Your photos will be shared on a private online gallery.

1. EXPRESS STUDIO-LOOK SESSION
Efficient & quick studio headshot session for 1 person. Perfect for Resumes, Websites, LinkedIn, Employee directories or social media.- 1 Person
- Up to 30 minutes of Photography at your office/home (I bring the backdrop & lighting)
- 2 Outfit changes
- Receive all useable (unedited) photos from your session
- Select 3 Photos for professional retouching (receive it in high resolution & web size)
- Headshot photoshoot preparation & guidance on how to pose throughout the session.
R350 per image extra with basic professional retouching.
*Professional Hair & make-up options can be given.
2. PROFESSIONAL SESSION
For entrepreneurs, professionals, executives, websites, LinkedIn.- 1-5 People
- Up to 90 minutes of Photography at your office/home (I bring the backdrop & lighting). We can also use the office space.
- 3 Outfit changes (for 1 person) or
2 Outfits (1-5 people) - Receive all useable (unedited) photos from your session
- Select 5 Photos (if 1 person) or 3 Photos per/person (if it is 1-5 people) for professional retouching (receive it in high resolution & web size)
- Headshot photoshoot preparation & guidance on how to pose throughout the session.
R350 per image extra with basic professional retouching.
*Professional Hair & make-up options can be given.
3. TEAM SESSION
For companies with more team members.- 1-10 People
- Up to 3 Hours of Photography at your office/home (I bring the backdrop & lighting). We can also use the office/home space.
- 4 Outfit changes (for 1 person) or
2 Outfits (1-10 people) - Receive all useable (unedited) photos from your session
- Select 7 Photos (if 1 person) or 3 Photos per/person (if it is 1-10 people) for professional retouching (receive it in high resolution & web size)
- Headshot photoshoot preparation & guidance on how to pose throughout the session.
R350 per image extra with basic professional retouching.
11-20 people @ R550 per/person (3-4 hours)
20-30 people @ R400 per/person (3-4 hours)
*Professional Hair & make-up options can be given.
*Videography options can be added extra. A professional 1-2 minute promotional video R4999+ (depending on the company size and video requirements). Short videos can also be filmed (specifically for social media) @ R500+ per 20 second video.
*Photoshoots take place on weekdays between 10-3pm.
