? Meet Tinet: Therapist, Trailblazer, and Total Original
One of the highlights from my recent mini brand shoot day at Socialight in Tableview was photographing Tinet—a woman whose story is as layered and inspiring as the work she does. This wasn’t just any shoot; it was a therapist brand photoshoot in Cape Town designed to help her step confidently into the next chapter of her practice.
Tinet is the kind of therapist who holds space with grace and curiosity. She loves people, loves learning about them, and finds deep meaning in the conversations that unfold in her sessions. She’s also found her tribe—among colleagues, in training spaces, and now, through her own clients.
Outside the therapy room, Tinet is delightfully unconventional. She’s got a cheeky sense of humour, a love for glam, and a deep appreciation for barefoot picnics and grass-between-the-toes moments.
Photographing Tinet reminded me why I love brand photography—it’s not just about capturing a face, it’s about telling a story. And hers is one worth sharing.
